Golden Care Therapy NJ is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to children with autism. You will use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors while following treatment plans. The role includes data collection and strong collaboration with families and supervisors.

Afternoon hours 2pm–8pm and a $500 sign-on bonus are offered along with tuition assistance and ongoing training to support growth as an RBT.

Qualificações

• In-home 1:1 ABA services for children with ASD.
• Experience with data collection and reporting.
• Flexibility for afternoon hours 2pm-8pm.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

About GCT:

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).

Each member of our admin team brings firsthand experience as ABA Therapist/RBTs, ensuring a deep understanding of your role and needs. We take pride in our company culture, fostering a dedicated and passionate team in the field! Annual performance reviews are conducted to provide constructive feedback and support professional growth.

Experience:

• Special education: 1 year (Preferred)
