Golden Care Therapy NJ is seeking an ABA Therapist to deliver in-home 1:1 ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The role offers part-time afternoon hours (2pm–8pm) with a pay range of $22–$30 per hour, and benefits including tuition assistance and ongoing training. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are desired.

Join a supportive team focused on growth and professional development, with pathways to lead RBT or full-time RBT roles and ongoing supervised work under a BCBA.

Qualificações

• 1 year experience in ABA or special education preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Part-time afternoon availability 2pm-8pm.

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

About GCT:

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).

Each member of our admin team brings firsthand experience as ABA Therapist/RBTs, ensuring a deep understanding of your role and needs. Annual performance reviews are conducted to provide constructive feedback and support professional growth.

Experience:
