Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services for children with autism and to follow individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision. The role offers a supportive team and a chance to grow within the organization.

The position requires English proficiency, afternoon availability (2pm–8pm), and a commitment to ongoing training. A $500 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Collect and submit data using an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioural supervisor (BCBA).
