Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to join our Mercer County team in New Jersey. This part-time role focuses on in-home, 1:1 ABA services for children with ASD, under BCBA supervision.

Earn $25-$35 per hour with a supportive team, ongoing training, and opportunities for growth toward Lead RBT or Full-Time RBT roles. English proficiency required; morning/midday shifts 8am-4pm available.

Qualifications

• In-home ABA experience preferred.
• Strong data collection and recording skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with families and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to improve learning and safety.
• Collect and submit data using the electronic system.

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients' treatment plan
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).
