Golden Care Therapy seeks an ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD in Newark, NJ. You will implement behavior-analytic strategies to improve functional behaviors according to the treatment plan and document progress in the electronic data system.

Strong communication with families and team is essential. This part-time role offers a $500 sign-on bonus, ongoing training, tuition assistance, and opportunities to advance to Lead RBT or Full Time RBT as you grow

Qualificações

• Experience in Special Education is preferred.
• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is preferred.
• Ability to collect and submit data accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that impede learning, safety or social opportunities, per treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

About GCT

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).

Each member of our admin team brings firsthand experience as ABA Therapist/RBTs, ensuring a deep understanding of your role and needs.
