Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to join our team in Middlesex County, NJ. This part-time role offers a $22.00–$30.00 hourly pay, a $500 sign-on bonus, and a bilingual English/Spanish environment focused on home-based services for children with ASD.

As an ABA Therapist, you will work 1:1 with clients in their homes, implement treatment plans, collect data, and communicate with families and supervisors.

Qualifications

• 1 year in Special Education (preferred)
• 1 year Applied Behavior Analysis (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviours and decrease behaviours that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioural supervisor (BCBA).
