Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey is seeking dedicated Direct-care staff to provide ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics across Mount Laurel, NJ. The BT and RBT pathways include paid training and mentorship, with clear advancement opportunities through our ABA Academy of Excellence.

New hires receive paid training, supportive supervision, and a structured path toward RBT certification, with compensation aligned to experience and credentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience, including internships or related roles.
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support.
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality of session data.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
