Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey in Mount Laurel, NJ is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavior Technicians (BT) to join a fast-growing ABA provider. We offer paid training, mentorship, and a clear path to RBT certification with support through our ABA Academy of Excellence.

Starting pay is $23.50/hour for RBTs and $21.25/hour for BTs, with final compensation determined by experience and credentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, in healthcare, or in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support.
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training.
