Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey is hiring full-time Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics around Mount Laurel, NJ. Starting pay is $21.25/hour for BTs and $23.50/hour for RBTs, with final compensation based on experience and credentials.

We offer paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for career advancement, including the ABA Academy of Excellence to help you prepare for and pass the BACB RBT exam.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (internships or related roles).
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years old and have 1 year of experience with children/healthcare/related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Direct client support and deliver ABA therapy under supervision.
• Track progress and document session data.
• Coordinate with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
