Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is hiring RBTs/BTs to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings. You will implement individualized treatment plans under supervision, helping individuals develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

We offer flexible scheduling, RBT certification support, paid training with BCBA supervision, and opportunities for growth within a collaborative clinical team.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience with autism/developmental disabilities.
Pass required background checks and health screenings.
Comfortable working independently in home, school, and community environments.
Ability to travel between client locations with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
Implement treatment plans under BCBA direction using evidence-based strategies.
Develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills in participants.
Collect data, document sessions, and share progress with clinical team.
Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and teachers to ensure consistent care.
