Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC offers Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Behavior Technician (BT) positions providing direct ABA services in home, school, and community settings. You will work with BCBAs and a clinical team to implement individualized treatment plans and help children develop communication, social and daily living skills.

The role supports RBT certification progress, flexible scheduling, and competitive benefits including insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children required.
• Active RBT certification through BACB within 4 months of employment or current RBT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision using evidence-based strategies.
• Accurately collect and record data and document sessions for the clinical team.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, teachers and other team members to ensure consistent care.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical and professional standards.
