Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to deliver direct ABA services in home, school, and community settings. You will implement treatment plans under supervision, helping children build communication, social, and daily living skills.

RBT certification is required for the role; BTs may earn a certification path with support and a compensation increase after achieving RBT status within four months. Multiple schedules available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings.
• Experience with autism/developmental disabilities preferred.
• Previous experience working with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA direction.
• Help individuals develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and educators to deliver consistent care.
• Participate in supervision, training, and professional development.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
