Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC provides ABA services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings. You will work alongside BCBAs and a supportive clinical team to implement individualized treatment plans and help clients develop essential skills.

The role offers flexible scheduling, RBT/BT pathways, and opportunities for ongoing training, supervision, and certification support to advance your career in ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience with autism/developmental disabilities.
• Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and travel between client locations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Help individuals develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collect data, document sessions, and share progress with the clinical team.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and BCBAs to ensure quality care.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
