Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is seeking dedicated RBTs and BTs to provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings around Livingston, NJ. Roles include implementing treatment plans under BCBA supervision and building essential skills with families and teams.

You will work with experienced BCBAs, receive training, supervision, and opportunities for certification support, with tuition discounts and a clear path to RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience with autism/developmental disabilities.
• Active RBT certification required for RBT role; BT requires RBT certification within 4 months.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA direction with evidence-based strategies.
• Develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Support skill development across everyday environments and routines.
• Collect data, complete session documentation, and report progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and teachers to ensure consistency.
• Participate in supervision, meetings, and ongoing training.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
