Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavior Technicians (BT) to deliver 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings. You will work with BCBA supervision to implement individualized plans, support skill development, and gather data.

RBT certification is required within four months for BT track, with compensation adjustments after certification. We offer flexible scheduling, paid training, BCBA supervision, and tuition discounts through college

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children required.
• Experience with autism/developmental disabilities preferred.
• ABA, childcare, preschool, education, or behavioral health experience a plus.
• Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for positions requiring travel between client locations.
• Compassionate, dependable, team-oriented, and open to feedback.
• Comfortable working independently in home, school, and community environments.
• Commitment to professional standards and ongoing development.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA using evidence-based strategies such as reinforcement, prompting, NET, DTT, and task analysis.
• Help individuals develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, clinical leadership, families, caregivers, teachers, and other team members to provide consistent, high-quality care.
• Accurately collect and record data, complete session documentation, and communicate observations and progress to the clinical team.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold all ethical and professional standards.
