Job summary

Active RBT certification is preferred or a clear path to earning one; you'll be mentored by a BCBA rather than a manager, with opportunities for full-time or part-time hours and a focus on real-world impact.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or drive to earn one.
• Reliability and ability to work with children in homes, schools and communities.
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms and communities.
• Follow a personalized plan from a BCBA, implement behavior strategies and collect data.
• Build consistent relationships to support kid growth; BCBA guidance is readily available.
