Job summary

Alpaca Health is hiring RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and daycare settings. You will follow a BCBA-provided plan, apply behavior strategies, collect data, and form trusted, ongoing relationships with families.

A strong mentor BCBA guides you from day one, with opportunities to move toward BCBA certification. Roles can be full-time or part-time, with location-based scheduling, and on-site client visits requiring reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or drive to earn one.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• Background-friendly, child-focused caregiving background preferred (education, childcare, psychology, social work, or related).
• Reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools.
• Able to lift ~50 lbs.
• Must be 18+ with HS diploma or equivalent and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow personalized plan from a BCBA and implement behavior strategies.
• Collect data to track progress and outcomes.
• Build consistent relationships to support kids’ growth.
