Job summary

Alpaca Health in the United States is hiring RBTs to work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, schools, and daycares. You’ll follow a BCBA-guided plan, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build consistent relationships with clients and families.

Two pathways to join: if you already have an active RBT certification, you can start right away; if not, we provide a clear path to certification and reimbursement for training with a BCBA mentor from day one.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification
• Reimbursement for RBT training
• Path toward BCBA certification
• 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent and a background check

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow a BCBA-designed plan, implement behavior strategies, and collect data.
• Maintain close mentorship from a BCBA and collaborate with clients' families.
