Job summary

Sunrise ABA, a California-based provider of evidence-based ABA therapy for children with ASD, seeks a Behavior Technician to implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision. You’ll work one-on-one with clients in home, school, and community settings to develop communication, social, and adaptive skills.

Applicants should have a high school diploma; a BA/BS is preferred. RBT certification is a plus. Flexible hours and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Experience implementing ABA programs or with children with special needs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions in home, school, and community settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
• Monitor and report changes in client behavior and progress to BCBA.
• Assist in preparing progress reports and attending team meetings.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
