Job summary

Sunrise ABA is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician to support individualized ABA therapy for children with ASD. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, delivering sessions one-on-one in homes, schools, and community settings.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, collecting data, and contributing to progress reports. A passion for helping children and collaborative team culture are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Valid Driver License required.
• RBT certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under supervision.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions in home, school, and community settings.
• Collect data on client progress and report changes to BCBA.
• Assist in progress reports and team meetings.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ABA principles and practices.
