Job summary

Sunrise ABA is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA sessions under BCBA supervision. You will work one-on-one with clients in home, school, and community settings to deliver therapy and collect progress data.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), reliable transportation, and a passion for helping children with autism. RBT certification is a plus and we offer paid training and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Valid driver license required.
• Experience implementing ABA programs or working with children with special needs is a plus.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Passion for helping children flourish and a team-oriented culture.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under the supervision of the BCBA.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions in home, school, and community settings.
• Use ABA techniques and positive reinforcement to promote skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect and record data on client progress during each session.
• Monitor changes in client behavior and communicate progress to the BCBA.
• Assist in progress reports and participate in team meetings.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
