Sunrise ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to implement evidence-based ABA therapy under the direct supervision of a BCBA. You will work one-on-one with children to deliver sessions, collect progress data, and support skill development across communication, social interaction, and adaptive behavior.

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Valid driver license required.
• RBT certification is a plus.
• Experience with ABA or children with special needs is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions in home, school, and community settings.
• Collect data on client progress and report changes to BCBA.
• Support development of communication, social, and adaptive skills.
