Job summary

BTS is seeking Mid-Level ABA Supervisors to work with BCBA supervisors, guide Behavior Technicians, and develop individualized ABA programs for children and adolescents. The role involves in-home and travel-based supervision, with opportunities to advance toward BCBA licensure.

Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years of experience in behavior modification, with the ability to travel and pass required background checks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in behavior modification or similar role.
• Ability to pass Live Scan FBI & DOJ clearance and maintain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement personalized ABA programs with families and professionals.
• Deliver individual and group learning experiences to help clients meet goals.
• Train and supervise Behavior Interventionists to ensure effective treatment plan implementation.
• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland-III) and set treatment goals with supervision.
• Develop and manage behavioral intervention plans to promote adaptive skills and communication.
• Empower families and staff by modeling intervention strategies for daily routines.
• Analyze data and provide progress reports to ensure evidence-based approaches.
