Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services (BTS) is seeking a Mid-Level ABA Supervisor to support BCBA-led programs and supervise Behavior Technicians in homes and community settings. You will shape individualized ABA plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with families to promote independence for children and teens up to 18 years old.

The role requires travel across client homes in Northern California, an academic background in psychology or related fields, and clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• + 2 years of professional experience in behavior modification or similar role
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Early Education, or related field
• Availability for consistent afternoons/evenings with some weekend/morning shifts
• Ability to pass Live Scan FBI & DOJ clearance
• Travel is required
• CPR & First Aid Certification

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement personalized ABA programs with families and professionals
• Deliver individual and group learning experiences
• Train and supervise Behavior Interventionists
• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland-III) and set targets
• Develop and manage behavioral intervention plans for adaptive skills
• Coach families and staff on intervention strategies
• Analyze data and write progress reports
• Meet with families in-home to review progress and refine plans
• Work with children and adolescents up to 18 years old
