Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services seeks Mid-Level ABA Supervisors to support clients under the direction of a BCBA. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, help implement ABA programs, and develop individualized Treatment Plans for children and adolescents.

Travel to client homes is required, with some in-home sessions and potential telehealth. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of ABA experience are preferred, along with active Live Scan clearance and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Early Education, or related field.
• +2 years of professional ABA experience ideal.
• Available for afternoons/evenings with some weekend/morning availability.
• Ability to pass Live Scan FBI & DOJ clearance.
• Have a valid driver’s license and transportation for travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement personalized ABA programs for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Deliver individual and group learning experiences to reach treatment goals.
• Train and supervise Behavior Technicians to ensure correct program implementation.
• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland-III) and set targets with BCBA guidance.
• Develop and manage behavioral intervention plans across home, school, and community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to tailor interventions to each client.
