Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking experienced leaders to join our ABA team to support clients’ development through evidence-based therapy.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families and school staff. Competitive pay, weekly paychecks, and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• MUST have current BCaBA certificate OR LABA license OR BCBA certification.
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.
• Experience in applying ABA therapy with children.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and identify appropriate goals and intervention techniques.
• Develop individualized behavior change plans for diverse clients.
• Monitor progress and evaluate treatment effectiveness regularly.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with families, caregivers, and school staff.
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to Behavior Technicians.

• MUST have current Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certificate OR Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) license (or ability to apply) OR Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
