Maxim Healthcare is seeking competent leaders to join our team of BCaBAs and LABA to assist in ABA therapy and make a lasting impact on clients’ development.

Under supervision, you will develop goals and plans, train staff and families, monitor progress, and provide behavioral services in home, school, or community settings. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Holds license, certification (LABA, or BCaBA).
• At least one year experience providing behavioral services to children with autism or related disorders.
• Preferred experience in home, school, or community settings.

Responsabilités

• Develops goals, programs, materials, and behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Assists BCBA in behavioral and skill acquisition assessments.
• Trains behavior technicians in implementation of behavior change plans and skill acquisition goals.
• Trains families, caregivers, and school staff in implementation of behavior change plans.
• Assists BCBA in updating behavior change plans with progress on goals.
• Monitors progress and treatment effectiveness under the supervision of the BCBA.
• Trains new behavior technicians and provides job-specific training to others.
• Provides behavioral services to children with autism or other behavioral disorders as outlined in the plan.

Qualifications:

• Holds license, certification (LABA, or BCaBA)
• At least one year experience providing behavioral services to children with autism or other related disorders
• Preferred experience in providing behavior analytic services in home, school, or community settings.
• Ability to effectively communicate with appropriate individuals (including, but no limited to coworkers, supervisors, clients
• Computer proficiency required
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• At least 18 years of age
