Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a BCaBA-eligible or LABA-licensed ABA leader in Spokane Valley to join our team delivering behavior-analytic therapy to children with special needs.

You will conduct assessments, design individualized plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and school staff while supervising Behavior Technicians. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Current BCaBA certificate or LABA license (or ability to apply).
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.

• Maintain strong collaborative relationships with families, caregivers, and school staff
