Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Riverside, CA seeks dedicated BCaBA/LABA leaders to support ABA therapy programs for children. You will develop goals, materials, and behavior intervention plans under supervision, and assist with assessments.

This role requires LABA/BCaBA licensure, a Masters in ABA, and relevant autism experience. Training families and technicians, monitoring progress, and delivering services in home, school, or community settings are key duties.

Qualifications

• Holds license, certification (LABA, or BCaBA).
• Masters in ABA or related field completed.
• At least one year experience providing behavioral services to children with autism or other related disorders.
• Preferred experience in home, school, or community settings.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, clients.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Develops goals, programs, materials, and behavior intervention plans under supervision.
• Assist BCBA in behavioral and skill acquisition assessments.
• Trains behavior technicians in plan implementation.
• Trains families, caregivers, and school staff in plan implementation.
• Updates behavior change plans with progress data.
• Monitors progress and treatment effectiveness under BCBA supervision.
• Trains new behavior technicians and provides job-specific training.
• Provide behavioral services to children with autism or related disorders as outlined.

Responsibilities:

• Assist BCBA in behavioral and skill acquisition assessments.
• Trains behavior technicians in implementation of behavior change plans including behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition goals.
• Trains families, caregivers, and school staff in implementation of behavior change plans including behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition goals.
• Assists BCBA in updating behavior change plans including current progress on behavior goals and skill acquisition goals.
• Monitors progress and treatment effectiveness of behavioral programs under the supervision of the BCBA.
• Trains new behavior technicians and job specific training to other behavior technicians.
• Provide behavioral services to children with autism or other behavioral disorders as outlined in the behavioral change plan.

Qualifications:
