Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking competent and caring leaders to join our dynamic team of BCBA and LABA professionals to advance ABA therapy and make a lasting impact on clients’ development.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments, identifying goals and techniques.
• Develop individualized behavior change plans for a diverse client base.
• Monitor progress and evaluate treatment regularly, maintaining high progress rates.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with families, caregivers, and school staff.
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to Behavior Technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments, identifying appropriate behavior goals and intervention techniques
• Develop individualized behavior change plans for a diverse client base
• Monitor progress and evaluate treatment effectiveness regularly, maintaining high rates of progress
• Maintain strong collaborative relationships with families, caregivers, and school staff
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to Behavior Technicians

Qualifications:

• Passion for working with children with special needs, and commitment to excellence in applied behavioral analysis
• MUST have current Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certificate OR Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) license (or ability to apply) OR Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
