Job summary

Alpaca Health in Colorado Springs is seeking a Qualified Autism Services Practitioner – Supervisor (QASP-S) to join our ABA practice and provide high-quality, individualized care to clients and families.

You will develop and supervise ABA treatment plans, collect data, and supervise behavior technicians while ensuring ethical, evidence-based practice in partnership with caregivers and the clinical team. This on-site role offers flexible opportunities based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Current QASP-S certification in good standing with QABA (Qualified Applied Behavior Analysis Credentialing Board).
• Experience providing ABA services.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based care.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide and oversee evidence-based ABA services.
• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
• Make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and other members of the care team.
• Provide clinical guidance and supervision to behavior technicians, as applicable.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow QABA ethical standards and applicable state requirements.
