Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is seeking Clinical Supervisor II to oversee ABA treatment plans and supervise behavioral technicians across center, home, and telehealth settings. The role requires BCBA certification, a Master’s degree in Psychology/ABA, and experience with autism spectrum disorder.

You will coordinate caregiver collaboration, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and ensure 100% supervision hour adherence while driving treatment quality and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis (or related field).
• BCBA certification (Behavior Analyst Certification Board) required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) required.
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans addressing medical necessity.
• Oversee supervision hours at 100% adherence monthly.
• Manage minimum caseload of 15 patients and 120 billable hours per month.
• Coordinate care with caregivers, payers, and other professionals.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and effective communication.
