Job summary

Cortica seeks a Site Care Coordinator to optimize client and provider scheduling and serve as the primary contact for families on-site. You will work with site leadership across clinical, operational, and shared services to ensure timely care, reduce delays, and maintain high standards of service.

In this role, you’ll manage cancellations, rescheduling, PTO, and waitlists, while using Axon, Smart Scheduling, and Salesforce to drive efficiency and KPI outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years scheduling experience in ABA services or related field.
• 2+ years in a client services related role.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through care pathways and monitor progress to identify delays.
• Create scheduling plans that maximize provider capacity while meeting client needs.
• Collaborate with on-site leadership and clinical teams to manage assignments and schedule changes.
• Record interactions in Salesforce and communicate via phone, email, and SMS to ensure clarity.
