Brighter Strides ABA Therapy is seeking a detail-oriented BCBA Session Note Quality Assurance Specialist to join our ABA team. The role focuses on reviewing session notes, ensuring they meet clinical and compliance standards, and supporting continuous quality improvement.

This full-time position offers remote or in-office work with a strong emphasis on accuracy, data analysis in CentralReach, and collaboration with leadership to improve documentation practices.

Qualificações

• BCBA certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of BCBA experience.
• Proficient with CentralReach and multiple software platforms.
• Strong knowledge of ABA documentation standards and clinical best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Review ABA session notes for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards.
• Conduct internal audits focusing on session notes.
• Utilize CentralReach to review documentation and analyze data.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify trends and improve documentation quality.
• Support trainings to ensure clinical integrity and best practices.
• Provide timely feedback to clinical staff regarding documentation improvements.
