Job summary

Brighter Mind Therapy LLC in Villa Park, IL is seeking a passionate BCBA to join our growing ABA team, delivering high-quality therapy to individuals with autism in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, design and supervise individualized treatment plans, mentor RBTs, train families, and maintain compliant clinical documentation in line with BACB standards. This is a remote position.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing is required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience conducting FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, or similar assessments.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based intervention strategies.
• Experience supervising RBTs or behaviour technicians is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including FBAs and skills assessments.
• Design, develop, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and BT staff.
• Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide parent training to support skill generalization.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with BACB ethics and standards.
