Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Clinical Quality Specialist to maintain and enhance clinical quality via investigations and quality initiatives. This role reports to the Quality Officer and requires strong BCBA credentials, 2–3 years of BCBA experience, and a patient-centric, collaborative approach.

The position includes remote work with up to 15% travel, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth within a leading ABA provider headquartered in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• 2–3 years of BCBA experience.
• Proven assent-based ABA practice experience.
• Excellent organizational and investigative skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsabilités

• Conduct clinical reviews of internal investigations and Peer Review matters.
• Perform unbiased investigations with clinical research and interviews.
• Analyze information to draft clear investigative reports.
• Collaborate with Teammate Experience Advisors on records and reports.
• Evaluate assent-based ABA quality and regulatory compliance.
• Support data entry/analysis for quality initiatives.
• Develop supplemental materials and ensure timely completion.
