Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is hiring Class Behavioral Technicians to support students in a Hollister, CA area school setting with ABA-based strategies. Roles include 1:1 support and general classroom aide assignments for students from pre-K to high school.

Hours typically Monday–Friday 8:00 am–2:00 pm, with starts at $25.00 per hour and weekly pay. Roles offer benefits and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare and/or ABA.
• Strong assessment skills.
• Passion for supporting students in learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or general classroom behavioral support.
• Use calm, clear communication with children and staff.
• Assist students to stay on task and work toward behavioral goals.
• Move and assist as needed in classroom activities.
