Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is seeking a Behavior Support Assistant to provide behavioral and educational support in school settings across the San Gabriel Valley, CA for the 2026-2027 school year. The role involves in-person work with students from pre-K to high school, using ABA techniques.

Responsibilities include 1:1 or general classroom support, clear communication with students and staff, and physical tasks as needed. Per diem or full-time positions available with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare and/or ABA.
• Associate degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a school setting preferred.
• Strong assessment skills.
• Passion for supporting students in learning.
• Inclination to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in a 1:1 or general classroom capacity.
• Maintain calm, clear, and concise communication with children and adults.
• Stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time.
• Possibly bend, crouch, and lift up to 40 pounds.
