Job summary

Acorn Health in Cleveland, TN, is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA interventions under BCBA supervision. Roles may involve centers, homes, or school settings as clinically indicated, with occasional travel between clients.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is highly preferred.
• 1–2 years experience with children is highly preferred.
• 1 year experience with ABA is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in psychology or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA treatment to clients.
• Work with supervising BCBA and team for high-quality service.
• Support parent/caregiver training as directed by BCBA.
• Collect data and document client records to monitor progress.
• Communicate with parents and supervisors to improve treatment plans.
• Provide services at center, home, school, or other locations as indicated.
• Travel between clients may be required.
