Job summary

Acorn Health is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Tennessee to deliver high-quality ABA treatment under BCBA supervision. You will work 1:1 with clients, collect progress data, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support clients and families.

Qualifications

• Certificate as RBT is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 direct ABA treatment to clients to increase skills and reduce problem behaviors.
• Work with supervising BCBA and team to ensure high quality service delivery.
• Support parent and caregiver training as directed by the BCBA.
• Collect data and document client records to monitor progress.
