Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide evidence-based, 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD. Therapies take place in home, school, or clinic settings under supervision of a BCBA.

You will collect accurate data, implement plans designed by supervisors, and work closely with families to promote meaningful skill development and generalization across settings.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility)
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field a plus
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients
• Implement behavior intervention and skill-acquisition plans
• Collect real-time data on client progress
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA and families
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment during sessions
