Job summary

Blue Gems ABA seeks a compassionate RBT to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic environments. You will implement plans designed by a BCBA and collect data to track progress.

Applicants should have an active RBT certification (or eligibility) with a high school diploma; a bachelor's in psychology or related field is a plus, and reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Must have active RBT certification or eligible to obtain.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement ABA intervention plans and skill acquisition programs designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate real-time data using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment during sessions.
