Job summary

Golden Steps ABA is seeking RBTs to conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children and young adults with autism in home or community settings. You will implement behavioral plans and collaborate with BCBA supervisors to ensure individualized care across ages 2–21.

Ideal candidates have 6 months of ABA experience, strong communication, and a valid driver's license for client visits. A high school diploma is required and a reliable vehicle is essential for travel between homes.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication.
• Must have a reliable car and driver’s license for commuting to clients' homes.
• Must possess a High School Degree.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with Autism in home or community settings.
• Implement behavioral intervention and individualized treatment plans for ages 2–21.
• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations and parent training as needed.
• Maintain open and direct communication with the BCBA and other RBT team members regarding treatment delivery.
• Receive supervision from your BCBA at a minimum of 10% of services provided.
• Maintain professional boundaries around child patients and families as indicated by BACB.
• Enter data and all trials daily for each pediatric patient for all programs targeted.
• Remain available for supervision sessions, phone conferences, and team meetings required by the BCBA.
• Other duties as assigned.
