Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC in Massachusetts is seeking an RBT to conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with young learners in home or community settings. You will implement behavioral plans and data collection under the supervision of a BCBA to support pediatric clients.

We value a team-first culture, flexible hours, and ongoing training including RBT supervision and paid training. A high school diploma and reliability for client travel are required; prior ABA experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing and verbal communication.
• Willing to have a background check.
• Must possess a High School Degree.
• Experience with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with learners in home or community settings.
• Implement behavioral interventions and data collection for pediatric clients under BCBA supervision.
