Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking part-time RBTs to provide in-home ABA services to children in Georgia under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement programs, collect data, and support families in daily routines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from BACB site.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation and driver's license.
• Experience with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to help children meet functional goals.
• Complete progress notes in the data system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent behavior plan implementation.
