Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking compassionate individuals to provide in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in Georgia. You will implement individualized treatment plans and teach essential life and communication skills.

We offer part-time scheduling (15–20 hours/week), flexible hours, PTO/sick time, supervision from experienced BCBAs, and referral bonuses to support your growth at Heartlinks ABA.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification.
• Pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Experience with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Teach functional life and communication skills.
• Complete session documentation.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistency.
