Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia seeks compassionate individuals to join our in-home ABA team. You will support children with autism, implement programs under a BCBA, and help learners achieve communication, social, and daily living skills.

We offer flexible scheduling, partial remote options on a per-visit basis, supervision from experienced BCBAs, and opportunities for advancement including tuition support for BCBA pathways.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Experience working with children preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families
