Job summary

Carry On Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide ABA services in home, school, or clinic settings with a focus on real life families and meaningful progress.

Applicants must hold an active RBT certification at application and a high school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is a plus. Flexible full-time or part-time hours are available to fit your schedule, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required at time of application.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Experience working with children or in ABA is helpful.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe session environment.
