Job summary

Carry On Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide ABA services focused on real families and meaningful progress.

Candidates must hold an active RBT certification at application time; pay ranges from $20 to $24 per hour based on experience, with potential increases for additional qualifications.

Full-time or part-time schedules are available with flexible hours, PTO, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required at time of application.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Maintain a positive, safe session environment.
