Job summary

Golden Steps ABA is seeking an enthusiastic RBT in Wagoner, OK to support ABA therapy for children and young adults in home and community settings. You will follow BCBA guidance, develop skills, and contribute to patient progress with data-driven sessions.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as ABA therapist or 1 year with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication.
• Background check required.
• Reliable car and driver’s license for commuting to clients’ homes.
• High School Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with autism in home or community settings.
• Implement behavioral interventions and individualized treatment plans for ages 2–21.
• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations and parent training as needed.
• Maintain open communication with BCBA and other RBT team members regarding treatment delivery.
• Receive supervision from your BCBA at a minimum of 10% of services provided.
• Maintain professional boundaries around pediatric patients and families as BACB requires.
• Enter data and all trials daily for each patient and program.
• Remain available for supervision sessions, calls, and team meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
